When you usually meet the Hollywood heartthrob Orlando Bloom at fashion and movie parties, then he was at an unusual place this time in London: at the Hempel Hotel to support a real estate project called "Aquiatanium" in Dubai.

The total cost of this highly criticized project with such a posh name is £ 2.7 billion. It was launched without considering the recession and the bad situation on the real estate market and is a district of luxury apartments where one apartment costs about £ 2.5 million.

It may be useful to know that for that kind of money you can get quite a sumptuous villa even in the City. Many of the businessmen are still baffled not understanding why they should invest into so expensive real estate in Dubai. Orlando, who is connected to this weird endeavor explained why he has become a businessman.

I suppose it does, although I am really interested in real estate. Actually I have little entrepreneurial connections with this project in Dubai. The reason why I decided to support them was that I recently founded a production company.

Will acting not suffer with the business involved?

I really would like to reduce the share of acting a little bit and would rather see myself making the movies in the future. But business will not interrupt with anything: my involvement in this real estate project is very small and to be honest I have nothing to do with the entrepreneurial part of it. When I engaged myself with the project, my only thought was to get some connections in Dubai and make some PR for my name there.

A question from an entirely different area: how are the things with love in your life at the moment?

I have to admit honestly that as an actor it is very hard for me to keep some stability in relationships. I travel a lot in the world because of my work. I am also not the kind of a guy who likes women who do nothing but wait for me at home. All the women I have gone out with have had a career of their own and it has been hard to combine the lives of both of us. That was one of the reasons I wanted to do a production company so I could be a little bit more in one place.

It is difficult if both travel and meet once a month at London, New York or Paris

開花：我認為有關係，我對房地產很有興趣。事實上我有些小型的企業計劃和這個杜拜計劃有聯繫。這是我支持它們的原因，而最近我也開了自已的電影製作公司。

問：你的演出活動會受商業活動的影響嗎？

開花：我會減少一些演出，而希望將來多參與製作電影方面的工作。但商業活動並不會打擾我其他計劃。我在這次的投資裏面只佔很少的部份，老實說，我並沒有參與裏面的企劃活動。我參與這個計劃，只是想得到和杜拜的關係網絡和我個人的宣傳活動。

問：另一方面的提問：你現在的感情生活怎樣？

開花：坦白承認作為演員很難保持穩定的感情關係。我經常為了工作到世界各地。而我也不是那種喜歡女人什麼也不做，只在家裏等我回來。我以前認識過的女人都是有自已的事業，而這樣我們很難一起生活。所以其中一個讓我開製作公司的原因，就是希望能待在一個地方多些時間。

尤其是兩個人都不斷出差，一個月一次在不同地方見面如倫敦、紐約或者巴黎。(完)
