A young Jesuit priest (Mark Ruffalo) tries to help Dean in his struggle to understand this maddening spiritual riddle, but when success and fame beckon in the form of a rock band, Dean sells himself out along with his divine power. Now world-famous Dean must confront his own worst demon - himself - if he is ever to overcome his “handicap” and be truly healed.
