I wrote to LoriV to see what she could find out -
and it is indeed the expected good news/bad news.
The bad news is - he's definitely off An Education.
He was unable to fit both films due to the scheduling conflict,
but the good news - The Red Circle is definitely ON.
LONDON -- Orlando Bloom has pulled out of Lone Scherfig's "An Education" because of scheduling clashes just as the movie begins rolling, the producers said Monday.
Bloom exits the movie and is replaced by Dominic Cooper ("The History Boys") in the movie penned by oft-adapted British novelist Nick Hornby.
Producers have moved quickly to replace Bloom on the picture, which began shooting Monday and will be in front of the cameras until May on location in and around London, Oxford and Paris.
