The love scene between Paris and Helen at the beginning of the movie is a bit longer, and the director used a different take, I think, because there is a bit of additional dialgogue, and Paris is shown as a very gentle lover.
Melts your heart....

My favourite addition is a scene between Hector and Paris. Hector is trying to educate his little brother about the political implications of his actions, and Paris looks, as if he does not really understand the consequences at all. Hector grips his face, sqeezes Paris' cheeks together (Paris looks very confused in that scene, I had to giggle a bit despite the tragedy), shouts at him, but in the end he lets go and very slightly strokes his brother's face, letting him know that he loves him still, but also shaking his head about his little brother's antics. It nicely brought out the close relationship between the brothers.

There are a few additional moments during the Paris-Helen-scene in Troy ("you are very young, my love"), when Paris points out that they are in fact the same age. He is a bit confused again, and I just HAVE to say it: he looks really beautiful in the soft light...sighs

I welcomed the addition right after the fight with Menelaus. Paris kneels at Hector' s feet. Menelaus demands that he fights him. Hector asks: "Paris?", and Paris almost hysterically sobs: "NOOO"
Hector then continues with his "the fight is over".
I thought that this clarifies the scene, the dialogue is more fluent, and it brings out Paris' cowardice to another level.
The director cut out the scene with Helen treating her lover's injury and interpreting his willingness to fight Menelaus as courage. This also adds to the image of cowardice.

I spotted two other additional scenes with Paris:
When Troy is burning, he stands beside Helen, looks over the city and you see, how guilt-ridden he is.
Also they managed to give Paris a Happy-end (relatively speaking)! At the end of the movie he is seen hiking through the mountains with Helen and the rest of the exiled Trojans. He does not take the lead, does not seem to accept his role as king (well, with Hector and Priam dead, he should be the new head of state), but just walks along as one of the crowd.

There are a few more additions here and there, it would be too long to point them all out.
Just one more sentence spoken by Priam, when Helen apologizes for having brought war to Troy: "I don't blame you. How could I blame anyone for falling in love with Paris!"
Well, nicely said!

Enjoy the DVD, I certainly did.

加了很多关于小帕的，可以感觉ＯＢ演的真得很好啊（可以想象帕对他哥哥说　ＮＯ的情景，难怪他哥哥要保护他呢）

其实不管别人怎么说ＴＲＯＹ烂，我都挺喜欢的。前段时间重温，感觉里面人的说话非常有艺术，对于这里面新加进去的国王对海伦说的那段，啊，换作谁谁都会感动的，他作为一个父亲是很伟大的。
